There is nothing quite like a brand new baby. Especially because they change so fast. My little Maura is only 4 months old and yet she is drastically different than this sweet little one I was able to photograph on Saturday who was only 7 days old at the time. They were almost the same size at birth, and yet Maura is now almost twice as big as this new babe. It's hard sometimes, most likely due to the lack of sleep, to remember just how tiny they were, not so long ago. Little M. was sweet as can be during our little newborn session, but had no interest in sleep. So, we took advantage of the fact that she was alert and looking around. My very favorite thing about this baby is that cute little cowlick on her forehead-- something I have a feeling she's going to hate in about 15 years.  For now, though, it's just darling! Congratulations Darren and Tiffany- you guys did good!
