I started this list last year on my birthday and have added to it throughout the year.  Today I turn 32, and upon revisiting this post yesterday, I was thrilled to see how much I was able to mark off!  I have 8 years left to finish the rest.  I'm already making plans!  Here's to a great new year!

1. Open a Studio
2. Start (and FINISH) a 365-day Self-Portrait project
3. Run a half-marathon
4. Compete in an Olympic-distance triathlon
5. Go to Tahiti (and force myself to come back)
6. Take one great photo-trip
7. Visit the northeast (Vermont, specifically)
8. Learn how to french-braid (shouldn't I know how to do this already?)
9. Organize all of my personal photos and make albums (ongoing, I know)
10. Climb Half-Dome at Yosemite
11. Eat at Rosco's Chicken & Waffles in LA
13. Take a capoeira class
14. Resume harp lessons
15. Take a little jaunt (though a big jaunt would be fine) on a sailboat
16. "Do" NYC.

17. See Wicked on Broadway
18. Publish an album for each of my kids per year of life
19. Take a romantic getaway to Napa & Sonoma
20. Become proficient at playing the guitar
21. Be an extra in a movie
22. Own a dog (it might take til I'm 40 to convince JT this is a good idea)
23. Shoot a wedding in Italy.  (Note: If you're getting married in Italy- CALL ME!)
24. Buy land in southern Colorado
25. Hike Machu Picchu with my mother (she's done it once before- in wooden clogs!)
26. Find an old friend (one specific old friend)
27. Run a 5K with my kids
28. Photograph a birth
29. Read the Old Testiment (every.word.)
30. Take JT to Kauai (and yes, we'll be staying at the Princeville.)
31. Take surfing lessons
32. Document my parents' histories
33. Learn to make really great creme brulee
34. Finish that quilt.
35. Try Paddleboarding
36. Buy a longboard and take it to the boardwalk
37. Run a marathon
38. Restore JT's landcruiser (or rather, hire someone to restore JT's landcruiser)
39. Have a beloved photo session (for us!)
40. Visit Australia and South America-- the two continents I've not yet been to

Great list! You're well on your way. How about Keyton and I pretend to get married again in Italy and you can take pictures- we all win! :)
